Your data does not leave France. Running costs — use of the AI models, hosting, third-party tool licences — are costed in the same quote: you know them before you sign, and you choose to pay them at actual cost or as a flat fee.

The GDPR does not require your data to stay in France, or even in Europe: it allows it to be transferred outside the Union, provided that safeguards laid down by the regulation govern the transfer. Rules specific to certain sectors, such as the hosting of health data or the rules that apply to public administrations, may however impose particular hosting conditions. For most companies, staying in France is therefore a choice, or a customer’s requirement — and it is up to you to decide.
