The rules of your trade, in black and white
Every business domain has its rules: the written ones, and the ones everybody applies without ever having written them down. We list them all, with their exceptions, their contradictions, and the person who decides when they are not enough.
For each one, you know whether an agent can apply it as it stands, or whether it first needs writing down or settling. That is the material of your Business Agents’ knowledge base and, if you wish, of the business domain in your Company Brain.

The business domain and the processes examined are chosen with you during the Flash Diagnostic: that is what makes a precise price possible from the proposal.
On the ground
We meet the business leader, the business domain lead concerned and the people who actually do the work on the processes examined, on site if you are in our region, by video call otherwise. They show us their tools in real situations, and the rules they apply.
Beyond 5 processes: timeframe set out in the proposal.

A process with more than six tasks counts as two, for the audit as for the build.
