At no separate price, in every project concerned.

  • Processing only the data that is necessary
  • An identified legal basis for each processing operation
  • Defined retention periods
  • The rights of the people concerned respected
  • Providers bound by contract (Article 28), including as soon as a third-party AI model is involved
  • Audit trails kept, to know what was done
  • An impact assessment, when one is required
  • No reuse of your data to train an AI model
  • Human approval of irreversible actions
  • Ownership of your data, and the ability to take everything back

  • An obligation, never an option

    GDPR compliance is neither a variant, nor an extra, nor a line in a quote. It is part of every project that processes personal data — yours, your employees’, your clients’.

  • Designed in from the start, not added at the end

    The regulation requires data to be protected from the design of a processing operation (Article 25). It is also the simplest way: compliance added at the end of a project is expensive and holds up poorly; built in from the start, it costs almost nothing.

    We work on technical compliance: the way data is processed, stored and protected. The legal assessment remains with your data protection officer or your lawyer, and the validation of the results produced belongs to you.
