Scoping Meeting

No. Both are free and with no commitment: they are the way to judge us on the evidence, before spending anything. The Flash Diagnostic does not even ask for your contact details: nothing is sent to us until you request your Scoping Meeting.

The Scoping Meeting lasts one hour: enough to know whether we can be useful to you, and to tell you when we cannot. Its written report is yours to keep, and you do what you like with it; it may conclude that an off-the-shelf tool is enough for you. Neither requires access to your data or your tools.

Almost nothing. If you can, take the Flash Diagnostic first, two minutes online: your answers reach us with your meeting request, and the hour is spent deciding rather than discovering. You can also note down one to three activities that take up most of your time, how often and how long, and the one thing you would like to stop doing by hand.

No file to prepare, no access to your data: you describe your work to us, and that is enough. For the meeting: one hour of your time, and a person who knows the processes well, if possible the one who does the work.

It is not a dead end: it is often your real first project. For a first task, your data is often ready enough. If the information is scattered, or only in one person’s head, it is better to start elsewhere, or first to gather it and write down the rules. If nothing is measured, the starting point has to be recorded.

We start from your data as it is: rebuilding or cleaning it up is not included. The Flash Diagnostic gives you a first starting point in two minutes; the Scoping Meeting confirms or corrects it.

Seven days. The quote is based on what we have seen together during the Scoping Meeting, or during the audit when there is one.

It states what is counted (tasks, processes or business domains), the deliverables, the timetable, the indicators to measure, the price, the payment stages, what we expect from you and, for a build, the estimated running costs. A page says where your data goes. Your price is agreed with you in the quote, before we start: it is guaranteed, with no surprises.

You do not need to take the Flash Diagnostic first. The meeting lasts one hour, free and with no commitment, by video, or at your premises if your company is in our region; a written report follows within 72 hours.

The Scoping Meeting is free and starts from what you describe to us, in one hour; an audit is paid and examines your actual work, with figures to back it up: across the whole company, or in depth on one process or business domain.

• The Scoping Meeting identifies 3 to 5 leads, sets the scope (which processes, how many tasks each) and checks the connections to your tools when a process is complex only because of them. It requires no access to your data.
• An audit, from €1,900 excl. VAT, measures and documents: the time actually spent in your business domains for the Company Audit, the scoping document of a process for the Process Audit, the rules of a business domain for the Domain Audit.

Identifying the scope is free; prioritising it with figures is paid.

The Scoping Meeting recommends a single next step, never a menu, written in its report within 72 hours: a direct quote, an audit, the Company Brain, an off-the-shelf tool, or nothing.

• A direct quote, with no audit: Task Automation for one to three tasks, the Process Agent for a clear process;
• the right audit: Process Audit, Domain Audit, Company Audit or AI Usage Audit;
• the Company Brain, with at least one business domain;
• an off-the-shelf tool, which you set up yourselves, or with AI Assistant Setup;
• nothing, when nothing justifies it today.

It may differ from the offer the Flash Diagnostic suggested to you: the report then says why.
