Our method, step by step

Three weeks: understanding, measuring, costing.

Measuring, not guessing

For 5 working days, a few volunteers from each business domain note down the time they spend on each of their tasks. Together with the volumes read from your tools, you base your decisions on hours logged in your company, not on estimates.

The time log is anonymous and grouped by business domain: it shows where the time goes, never who does what. Your employees are told before it starts and, in a company of 50 employees or more, so is your works council (CSE). A business domain with fewer than three people is grouped with a related business domain.

The audit prepares the measurement of what follows: the time spent on each task, logged before anything goes live, becomes the starting point, and each stage of the roadmap has its own indicator.

Your data: not applicable for the audit, which produces a file without processing your data in a system over time.
