The price of an audit follows what it examines: business domains, processes or teams. It is agreed with you in the proposal, before we start.

How we count: a process links 3 to 6 tasks, a business domain brings together at least 2 processes. Beyond 6 tasks, a process counts as two, for the audit as well as for the build. We count your scope with you during the Flash Diagnostic.

“From”: a price known in advance

It is the price of each audit’s basic scope, the lowest step of a public price grid. Each additional unit has its own price, shown above: your price is agreed with you in the proposal, with no surprises.

Where your data is processed: not applicable

An audit produces a file, without processing your data in a system over time: no sovereignty level to choose, no running costs. The audit is what tells you where your data needs to be processed for what comes next. The three levels, explained

How does an audit work?

The same rules for every audit, written in the proposal before you sign.

  • The availability of the people who do the work, for the interviews
  • Real examples, including for the difficult cases
  • Read access to your tools, or to their exports, when the audit reads volumes from them
  • Someone who can settle a question when it comes up: nothing is left pending

A file that belongs to you

  • Even if it concludes that nothing should be done
  • Usable if you go no further, including with another provider
  • If what comes next is not feasible, we stop there: you keep the file you paid for
  • A single recommendation for what comes next, and you decide

The price is agreed with you before signing. The first half is paid on order, the second on delivery, when the file is handed over to you.

The public funding application, included in the Domain Audit

If your company is based in France and a scheme can fund the next stage of your project, we put together the funding application for you, with the Domain Audit. The Company Audit identifies, in its roadmap, the funding available for each stage; preparing the application is not included. Funding can sometimes cover the audit itself: ask during the Flash Diagnostic, and we will tell you whether a scheme may apply. Public funding

How much does an audit cost?

From €1,900 excl. VAT, depending on the audit:

  • Company Audit: €2,900 excl. VAT for up to three business domains (the departments of the company), + €490 excl. VAT per additional business domain, to cover the whole company;
  • Process Audit: €1,900 excl. VAT for one process, + €890 excl. VAT for a second;
  • Domain Audit: €3,900 excl. VAT for two processes in the same business domain and their rules, + €890 excl. VAT per additional process; the public funding application is included, when a scheme can fund the project;
  • AI Usage Audit: €2,900 excl. VAT for one entity, up to two teams, + €390 excl. VAT per additional team.

An audit is paid separately: the base price of the Process Agent or Business Agents does not include it. The Flash Diagnostic, for its part, is free.

Can an audit be funded?

Sometimes, and it is checked before you order it. Diagnostics and consulting are what funding most often pays for, notably some regional grants, each with its own conditions: many must be applied for before the work starts, and some require a provider approved by the funder. Ask during the Flash Diagnostic: if a scheme can apply, we will tell you.

For the next stage of your project, the roadmap of the Company Audit and that of the Domain Audit identify the funding available; the Domain Audit also includes preparing the funding application.

What happens to an audit if we go no further?

You keep it, and it remains usable, including with another provider.

  • Company Audit: the time map, showing the time spent in each business domain, the tasks costed with their recommendation, and the roadmap covering 6 to 12 months.
  • Process Audit: the current state, the business case and the scoping document, ready to build from.
  • Domain Audit: the current state, the ranking of processes, the roadmap and the indicators.
  • AI Usage Audit: the inventory of uses, the register of AI tools, the AI use charter and the correction plan.

An audit can conclude that nothing should be done, or that the project is not feasible: we stop, and you keep the file you have paid for.

How long do your audits take?

Three weeks for the Company Audit, including five working days of time logging. One to two weeks for the Process Audit. The Domain Audit takes two to three weeks for two processes, three weeks for three, three to four for four, and four weeks for five; beyond that, the timeframe is set out in the proposal. The AI Usage Audit is delivered within five working days.

The business domains or processes to be examined are chosen and counted with you during the Flash Diagnostic. The Company Audit, the Process Audit and the Domain Audit end with a presentation of the findings.
