    • our reasoned recommendation: which one to start with.
  3. Stage 3

    Roadmap

    A dated and budgeted plan, with indicators and decision points.

    • a presentation for you and your partners;
    • a decision point at each stage;
    • the budget of each stage, and how to fund it: available funding, what remains for you to pay;
    • the tracking indicators, defined before any roll-out.

The audit prepares the measurement of what follows: for each process selected, what will be measured, where the figure stands today, and how to measure it.

Where the offer stops

  • An audit informs the decision: go-live comes afterwards, if you decide so.
  • We recommend, you decide, at each decision point.

  • Up to five processes; beyond that, the work is split into phases.
